I switched to Verizon after hearing about the free Xbox Series X promotion. the agent who signed me up told me that I qualified for the deal and texted me steps to redeem, however I can't redeem the offer because the tile the email told me to click does not appear on the app. I only switched to Verizon as an internet provider for this promotion and would like to redeem the offer that I was told I qualified for.

Aside from the message that was sent to you via text, did you receive a separate email to redeem the offer or do you see a tile in My Verizon to redeem? You mentioned an agent signed you up for the 5G service. Was this via online chat?

Hi, I didn't and still haven't received any separate email to redeem the offer. I called a customer service rep the other day and they confirmed that i'm eligible but that there was some issue with the tile not appearing on my myverizon app and said someone would reach back out to me, i'm yet to hear anything back.
