The guy who signed me up for my WiFi plan told me I can get my bill as low as 24.99 with my new Verizon account on 300mbps. But to avoid paying the installation fee I need to get the 60$ plan the first month and then switch over the next month. Now I’m reaching out to customer service and they’re telling me I’m going to have to pay 50$ a month. 

I didn’t want to use the Netflix bundle but they kept harassing me with emails to activate my account. I tried to click on it to get it to stop but it linked my dad’s Netflix account to my Verizon account and now it’s charging me for the premium membership on my Verizon bill. 

I was on the chat with someone from Verizon for like 2 hours and they were so slow. A waste of my time. They kept making excuses on how what the original person said wouldn’t work. And I asked them so many times to unlink my Netflix account and downgrade my plan but literally NOTHING WAS DONE IN THE PAST TWO HOURS. I gave up. I should have stayed with Xfinity they never waste my time like this. Might actually just move back because their internet quality is actually better than Verizon and their customer service is not this trash

It is frustrating in most of the cases. I recently has a similar experience with Verizon . When I signed up, I was promised a certain discount on my internet plan, but when the bill came, it was higher than expected.

I calls them multiple times and then after several discussions. Hope they will update their services and have a look at these flaws.
