I was supposed to get The Samsung laptop along with a $ 200 e gift card. Verizon was out of stock for the laptop, so the representative offered me a gift card for the value of the laptop. I just found out the e-gift cards are only good for paying your Verizon bill or buying a Verizon product. If that's the case I want the option to wait until the laptop is back. I don't have Verizon wireless service and if you are giving me a gift card I should be able to spend it on what I want the way it was when I first got FiOS 12 years ago. How do I go about getting my option changed back
