I had used the home depot credit and the order was cancelled, tried to reorder with the same coupon code, saying it was invalid. Talked to 3 different customer service rep, two of them said they could replace the $400 code for a Verizon credit of $400 and the last rep said they weren't able to do that since I used the code before, but the other two reps had given me a option to replace the home depot credit for a Verizon one.
I know how eager I would be for a solution with a home depot gift card myself, rujianyang123. It sounds like you attempted to use the gift card for a purchase at Home Depot, and that order was cancelled, then coming back invalid. Is that correct? If so, have you tried to contact Home Depot regarding a refund on the originally cancelled order?
