I had used the home depot credit and the order was cancelled, tried to reorder with the same coupon code, saying it was invalid. Talked to 3 different customer service rep, two of them said they could replace the $400 code for a Verizon credit of $400 and the last rep said they weren't able to do that since I used the code before, but the other two reps had given me a option to replace the home depot credit for a Verizon one.
