This has been the worst experience ever. They turn off your service for nonpayment but I have to sit on the phone for 3 hours to get a person on the phone. you have to pretend you are ordering something new to even talk to a live rep. soon as I speak to a person 1 or more service always for 1 has become interrupted. I just want to pay the bill.
