I have still not received a email or seen any tiles to redeem my offers. its been a month now and i still have not received a email to redeem my xbox or amazon offer. I would also appreciate you helping me figure out why I have not received the emails to claim my Xbox and Amazon GC. I need this resolved soon or I will just cancel and reach out to the BBB myself to get this resolved. Customer says they will escalate but have been no help.

I got the deal on 01/01/24 and I only got the Xbox. They wouldn't let me get my gift card. Now my whole Internet doesn't work.

 

It's sad that this forum is almost 70% about the same issue and promotion.

I signed up for the promotion and internet service 12/20/23. I even spoke with a Verizon employee on the phone to verify that all 3 of these items were included once activation of service began. It was 100% guaranteed by her. In fact, she went as far as sending me the redemption instructions through her work email so that I could get started on that part right away. I won't mention her name right now due to her being so helpful and not knowing that Verizon was going to do everything they can NOT to honor their own promotion. I've been in numerous chat sessions about not receiving email or redemption code for the XBOX SERIES X and absolutely been lied to and told many things that were not even remotely accurate and even lied to with going as far to say it was either the choice of Amazon gift card OR XBOX SERIES X. That's an absolute lie. I was guaranteed all three promos.  Supposedly escalation tickets were done, but when I spoke verbally with a Verizon employee there was ZERO open tickets. I've also spoken to 2 different employees on the phone and both assured me that they would get this taken care of. It's been over a month now and you're supposed to redeem the XBOX promotion within 60 days. I, as a customer at Verizon for 16 years,  am absolutely disgusted and appalled that they're attempting to not honor the agreement. I honored my portion, but can't even get someone who can help me . Both phone calls have lasted over an hour each and I'm sick of wasting my time on this. This was supposed to be a b day gift for my 11 year old daughter and I've even purchased games, controllers, and a few other accessories to go along with the XBOX X-almost $400 worth to be exact. Her birthday is the end of March which would give an extra month than what was stated for Verizon to send the XBOX X to get it to me. They said 4-6 weeks at the most.  Supposedly there is an open ticket regarding this matter done by the employee I spoke with over the phone last night, but she "didn't know when I'd get a call back".  I was even told that that they "just can't find a promotion that matched all 3 items I was promised". That, too, is an absolute ridiculous statement as this can easily be disproved. All you have to do is google it, and the promotion was even advertised by numerous outlets. There are even links to the promotion on some of them. This is unacceptable and the bottom line is that I need this resolved. I'm tired of getting the run a round from Verizon. I can prove with texts, calls, receipts, documents, and even emails from a Verizon employee that this was the deal that was made.  I've been patient, understanding, and fair, but I'm beginning to become impatient and I will not continue to be lied to and taken advantage of. Did I mention that I've been a customer for 16 years???? Exactly! I need someone to contact me that will get this matter resolved. Thanks

The Xbox and the Amazon Gift Card. May I ask, what is the third promotion? Please know that many of our customers have had some issues with getting the Xbox promotion but we are committed to ensuring everyone that qualified, gets the promotion. The expectation of four to six weeks for delivery is accurate. When was the ticket submitted?

Still waiting and being told a ticket was submitted as well that i have to wait 4-6weeks! it shouldnt take that long to get email for a promotion that was promised within 24-48hrs or activation. Im really just about to cancel my service and forgot about all of it.

I was having a similar issue, but had trouble setting up the home internet, so I just canceled the whole thing. I've been waiting for almost a month just for a return label!! I used to be a big fan of Verizon and especially their customer service, but I'm starting to feel differently 😞
