Hi Verizon Team,

I have a Verizon phone plan and a home internet box provided by my employer for remote work. Unfortunately, both my phone signal and home internet connectivity are quite poor, which is significantly affecting my ability to work efficiently from home.

On my phone, 5G service rarely connects, and when it does, I only get one bar with a signal strength ranging between -110 to -117 dB. When connected to LTE, the signal improves slightly to two bars with a signal strength of -95 dB.


Similarly, my home internet connection suffers from weak signal strength, as below.

4G LTE Signal Strength

5G Signal Strength
-111.0


Could you please advise on possible solutions or next steps to improve the connectivity?
