I canceled my Verizon home 5G internet. That was almost 7 months ago. They said they were going to send me a box so I could return their equipment. (the white verizon box device). I've called them three times and every time they say they're going to send one out and they never did it.
Now I am being pursued by TransWorld Systems (collection agency) for almost $300 because it has not been returned and they have marked it as a bad debt.
How can this be corrected please?
