verizon claimed im not eligible for any discounts after acp ends. i dont want a unlimited plus mobile plan or whatever its called. the get started button said service isnt available even though i already got 5g home internete. there should be ways to get the discount without signing up for a mobile plan
Are they doing a bate & switch and do not really have a low income 5g internet?
I have been trying to get Verizon to apply my approved Verizon Forward and my Lifeline discounts to my 5g internet account. So far I have been sent in circles and gotten nowhere. One page said set up you internet first which I did but then when I click on the button for the Verizon Forward it wants me to choose a plan which I already did. I also can not get anyone to apply my Verizon Forward or Lifeline to my account. I need this since the affordable connectivity program is gone.
We want to provide information regarding any discounts on the 5G Home internet service. The lifeline service is only available with our FIos internet service. ~Peter
