unable to redeem Nintendo switch redemption promo

I am unable to redeem my Nintendo switch redemption offer. Long story short, the tile was on my account since opening the account. When it was time to redeem I had a past due balance, when I made the payment and went to redeem the offer for some reason the tile just disappeared. I've spoken to 3 or 4 representatives with no help besides escalation to a different team (which, so far, has been zero help due to no communication from anyone)
So, I'm at my wits end here trying to get what I am owed. I have the redemption offer email (came July 22nd).
So, what do I do???
