What is up recently with coverage in Reynoldsburg Ohio? I keep losing 5G cellular and 5G home WiFi. It’s almost daily!!! What is going on?

I’m experiencing it all the time. I’m not home during the day on M-Th so I experience it at night. On the weekends it can be any time of the day or evening. I’ve started noticing it when winter weather arrived. Each time I check it on the Verizon app it says they know and are working on it. It’s becoming so unreliable. The internet goes completely out with no connection so I can’t watch TV as I stream everything. Then I have to take my phone off WiFi to get it to work but then 5 G isn’t available with it either so it drops to LTE and barely loads. This happens so often. It’s very frustrating as I pay a lot for 1 phone & internet through Verizon.

Internet is not Fios, it’s 5G Home service with the Gateway.
