How do I report poor service/coverage at my home address?
I used to have T-Mobile and never had a problem with coverage at my house.
now, even if I’m using Wi-Fi calling people still can’t hear me.

Hi, thank you.
Yes, is affecting my new phone and my wife’s new phone. Our apartment is in this dead zone but when we had T-Mobile, it was perfectly fine. we can’t make calls in our apartment even if we use Wi-Fi and turn off the cellular service it doesn’t work too well but it works a little better, but the cellular service does not work. is there any way to fix the signal around our apartment? How could the T-Mobile signal be so strong and the Verizon signal be so weak?
thanks

Marz1109, different carriers use different towers for the most part, although sharing a tower is becoming more common with more and more demands for mobile service. You'd have to use a tower locator website to figure out if this is why your current signal strength is so low (i.e. if the closest Verizon tower is too far away from you or if others are reporting poor signal with a carrier).
I've seen posts about getting Wi-Fi extenders elsewhere in these forums, but am not sure if that would help your issue. Getting a cell phone signal booster installed would fix your problem, but unfortunately those systems are expensive and you probably can't install one in an apartment.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

marz1109 Did the issue with service start as soon as you switched? How far from your home area do you have to travel before service improves? ~Peter
