Service is no longer what what it used to be!

When I go to more populated cities my service slows down tremendously. I wouldn’t complain if it was always like this but I used to have great service in these same cities. I thought it might have been my older iPhone but my family has the newer versions and they are struggling as well. I hope they fix this quickly because I really don’t want to change providers.

Welcome to Verizon. We don't care if you've been hospitalized 4 times in 5 months and that your family members live all over the place and call your Verizon phone to check on you. We just want your payment. We'll happily suspend your account until we get it. And as an added bonus, when we do reconnect you, the service will be subpar. I've been with them since they were Alltel in my area. Loyalty doesn't mean squat, as they have shareholders to pay. What should the people who actually pay for and use the service be even considered....
