When will Verizon give us the service we over pay for?

When will Verizon give us the service we over pay for. I did everything I was told to do. Got a new phone purchase a 5G plan. Had new phone replaced. I have not had adequate service since you went 5g. Now I find out that there are even many 5G towers in my area, so I am paying more for a service that is not available. My new phone S22 Ultra says is can't automatically switch networks and works best on LTE. Verizon took my ability to only use 4g/LTE. I use my phone for work and on top of way over paying I loose money daily! You are ripping your customers off and I hope you get fined when all the hearing are over and they prove you are selling service that you can't and/or won't provide!

Since, I have called many times and been to the store multiple times, I am 100% positive nothing I say in this reply will fix my issue. As stated in my original comment. Verizon does not have the 5G towers to support the 5G servic you are requiring us to us. You took the ability for my to manually change my network, but you don't have the towers to support the service I am paying for.  My phone spends more time looking for 5g towers than actually working. I have screen shots/screen recordings of my phone supposedly have full 5G service vut all of my apps/Google telling me I have no internet. My job is my phone, so not only am I wasting money with your company, but I am loosing money due to my phone not working. I have already started moving my service to another provider. As the rest of my devices are paid off they will also be moved to my new provider. YOU ARE SELLING SERVICE THAT YOU CAN NPT PROVIDE. The rest will be posted on the BBB complaint. Including the videos and pictures to support my complaint!
