I have been trying for over a week to get my plan activated and get the free Netflix activated and nothing works.
The chat representatives keep asking me the same questions over and over and "reassuring" me they are doign everything they can and will fix it. AND then they don't fix it. I don't think they even can fix it.
Can someone here fix it?
I click Manage on AMC+. it takes me to a page where I click Activate, which then just takes me back to the page saying Manage. It's a loop. And Netlfix doesn't even have a button to click activate.
They both just say Pending Activation.
