I recently transferred from Xfinity to Verizon, and I'm the account holder. It took quite some time to first get access to my online account with Verizon, since none of the verification code sent through SMS can be received.
To make things worse, it seems like all verification messages weren't received at all on my newly transferred line via SMS. This includes Twitter and Chase bank.
