I just ordered new mobile service & they sent me the link to verify my identity, but came up invalid request. How do I verify now??
We seem to have a common problem here in the community. I am a potential new client (not looking very promising at this point) having issues with the identity verification. I placed an order yesterday and received an email asking for me to upload my drivers license. When I attempted to upload it I kept receiving an error message. Believe me I tried every imaginable way to upload it, scan it, switch devices, from a desktop etc. Still it did not work. For I call the Fraud department they send me a new link. This time they’re requesting my drivers license plus an additional document. I follow the link I’m able to upload front and Back of my id. I get to the additional document screen and tried uploading a signed copy of my lease agreement. Which I was told would be okay by a cs over the phone. Once again I tried every way possible to get the document in with no luck. I call the fraud department back. They suggested to go to a local corporate store. At this point I’m ready to cancel the order as this process has been extremely frustrating. Calling the fraud department offers no solution. Going to the store for the employees to call the same fraud department is not a solution. There is no other way to verify with the required documents if the system doesn’t work. You can’t fax or email to anywhere. The store can accept the documents as proof of anything. It seems at every turn I get the run around. After reading countless threads on this issue there seems to be no solution at all. Shocking how many people seem to have this problem.

I called fraud protection and I was told my order is about to be cancelled I requested for an email to verify my identity but the link is showing “invalid request” now my order is gonna be cancelled u give up you can cancel it
When I called fraud protection they sent a private link and I sent my document I called and they told me it’s shipped but I’ll wait and see

Hey Verizon team! I have the exact same issue. The ID verification link leads to a page with the error "Invalid Request". I ordered Airpods PRO 2 from you guys and if I don't get them delivered to my friend's place in 4 days, he'll not be able to bring them to me and they will be worthless! Kindly help me out here ASAP...

Same issue here, called the fraud prevention number and was sent an email with instructions to upload my documents. No matter what device and browser I try to use, it brings up "Invalid Request" and I can't do anything. Is there any known resolution for this?
