Sorry we are not able to process this request

Every time I sign in, I am redirected to a page stating, "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time." Below that error, it says, 

"Learn more about Verizon Wireless products and services:

Shop or browse our selection of phones and plans.

Get to know our products with fun and interactive demos.

Go to Send a Txt Message now."

I can never login to my account.
