I placed a call into support this past Sunday and have not heard back despite what the lady said that she'll get back to me. My ticket concerns not being able to use a new email address for my Disney Plus Bundle. The reason for this is my original Email address could only use 2/3 services in the bundle "Disney" and "ESPN", but not "Hulu" because I had a prior free account that wouldn't let me connect my bundle account. To resolve it, I canceled Disney Bundle with VZW, created a new Gmail account so I can sign up for the bundle. Long story short, each attempt to signup with a new Gmail account didn't work. I called support and was escalated, and also connected with Disney themselves who said the issue was with Verizon. This is where I am now.
