phone numbers moved to consumer acct

Numbers were not moved with others in our acct from businees to consumer acct.

now business acct was closed and we havent been able to get our numbers -consumer customer service says have to talk to business dept bc stilll listed as business numbers. On hold for hours and no one has solution
