1 line phone couldnt be ordered because verizon marked as fraud

I switched from different carrier. ordered 4 devices of 5 lines. received , started my service. but when ordering 5th phone. they cant order because its marked as fraud. what the ?4 phones and lines are working now for 5 phone they are giving me runaround

i did. submitted the proofs they want with the address on file. and they cant approve the application for 5th phone this is reallly unacceptable. didnt accept. from day 1 veriOn has beeen a hassle.
on call with them but they denied

when i first placed order. the agent who placed order gave wrong info that unlimted welcome plan had mobile hotapot included. hotspot is a must for me. for weotk purpose i need it. when i switched over its not there. also was informed netflix if $1 but when i was addjng to plan its $10
