Hello,
I recently transferred my number over from tmobile to verizon. The transfer was successful and I have service on verizon, but I cannot fully access my account. Whenever I log into my account I get this screen below and I cannot access anything else. I can't go into account overview, billpay, etc. I do not think my account has been fully set up and I do not know what else to do at this point.
Can someone please assist?

Hi, is it possible you set up the My Verizon account before you received your new device and/or before it was activated? If so, what you have is a guest account instead of a "real" one. Despite the message, there doesn't appear a way to add all the "real" account features to a guest account.
What happens if you try to create a new My Verizon account on the login screen as if you'd never made an account ever? If the system won't let you, then someone at Verizon needs to de-activate the current My Verizon account you have; then you will be able to re-register and will have a "real" account.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
