
Hello,
I recently transferred my number over from tmobile to verizon. The transfer was successful and I have service on verizon, but I cannot fully access my account. Whenever I log into my account I get this screen below and I cannot access anything else. I can't go into account overview, billpay, etc. I do not think my account has been fully set up and I do not know what else to do at this point.
Can someone please assist?
