Account Locked and Unable to Fix

When I try to log into my Verizon account I'm told that it was locked and to call a phone number. When I call the phone number a robot sends me a text message and then hangs up on me. The text message tells me I need to log into my Verizon account to get help.
Resetting my password won't work because Verizon won't recognize my ZIP code. I've entered the ZIP code of every address I've ever lived at, and every credit card I've owned, and all of them get rejected by Verizon.
This is my last-ditch attempt at trying to get an actual employee to look at my problem, up until now I've spent hours trying to fix this and I've only gotten their useless robot sending me in a loop.

Hi DM-VComm, I'm sorry to hear you're having so much trouble. An account lock is 24 hours, and unfortunately we are not able to override that. I recommend visiting a corporate store location with your ID to update your information. vzw.com/stores. Once this is complete you will be able to reset your password.
