Hey, so I bought 4 lines from Verizon with 3 phones included and 1 phone that I was just gonna change the number for, I did got the 3 phones however I didn't get any sim card for the 4th line even tho it showed up in my order summary, I can't access my account either meaning I can't register it and if i do get to register an account then I'm unable to link it with my order. Everytime I try to contact support the option to chat or call them just freezes and does nothing at all no matter how many times I click on it.

Zombi78, congratulations on your new devices. We are sorry to read you are experiencing issues with the 4th device and setting up your online account. What type of device is the 4th device? Does it have a digital/e-sim card that it may be looking to activate instead of a physical sim card? Is that 4th device the primary number on the account or is it one of the other 3 devices?
