I can't login to my Verizon account from my laptop or my phone. I get this error: For security purposes, your online account has been locked. You now need to reset your password to access My Verizon.
When I try to reset my password I get this error:

I know how important it is for me to have access to my account, SMartin201. I appreciate you trying to follow the steps to help unlock your account, and we are here to help. Where are you trying to access your account from? If you're using a VPN or are outside the U.S. there can be some difficulty in accessing your account online just due to some additional security measures. When was the last time you were able to successfully log into your account online or via the mobile app?

I'm also having trouble logging in from my laptop browser (Chrome). I can login easily from my work phone using my fingerprint. Which is how I'm writing this post now.
However on my browser I'm getting ' your account is locked' message.
It's annoying.
