Account owner

I added a new phone because I can no longer access  my old phone. I do not physically have that phone. With the new added phone I am no longer account owner. As there is no one else on the account but myself. I am the account owner. I need access to my bill and other info allotted to an account owner. How do I make that switch when I no longer have the other phone or its Sim card. Thank you

Hey there, Fylbrig, we know it's important to be able to manage your account online. You mentioned you added a new phone. To make sure we're on the same page, did you purchase a new phone and then activate it on a new phone number? If so, was your previous number that was assigned as the Account Owner disconnected?
