I was told to just call and request to have my activation fee waived but then was told no.
Literally just upgraded a phone and plan.

Hi Andralcs, thank you for reaching out about your activation fee. At this time we do not have any promotions for a waived activation fee and this is standard across all carriers: https://www.verizon.com/support/add-new-device-faqs/#activation-fee. Occasionally some corporate discounts have a waiver built in for their employees and we would be happy to take a look to see if you have anything available. We will send a Private Note to work within your account.

I told on 11/30 by an in store rep that the three $35 activation fees would be waived due us activating on the last day of the month. First bill has already processed and guess what—The $105 in activation fees was added to our acct. We transferred from another carrier.

Don’t waste time with Verizon reps, they are useless, even managers. If you are entitled to fee waver(like Microsoft) contact BBB and it’s takes about a day to solve your issue.
