Hi, recently I purchased a prepaid verizon moto g 5g. However when I tried to activate it it says that it "can't" be activated. I figured it was because I had weak signal in my house so I went somewhere with better signal but still nothing. Is there anything I can do or should I just return this phone and cut my losses? Thanks for any help
