Has anyone else gone through the wringer trying to get there numbers ported over and phones activated? I have gone round and round trying to get our numbers ported in and transferred over. We had the transfer pins from our previous carrier when I ordered the phones (who was Total by Verizon, so owned by the same company anyway). I am on day 4 and still do not have any service on our new phones, we now don't have service on our old phones, since I let the plan expire and it shows all of our phones are inactive since they are transferred. When I have called, I am told that it will take up to 24 hours for the service to switch over. It has been over 24 hours. The next person tells me we have a scheduled time that our numbers are going to be ported over which is different than our 24 hour slot. I don't know have a phone to call with now, other than doing this at my work. I cannot seem to find a chat that will help me and I just get transferred from department to department. I am a rather techy and patient person, but I am ready to send all of our phones back and go with a different carrier.

KL40, I'm sorry to hear of all the trouble you are having with getting yur lines moved over. I want to make sure we have you going in the right direction. You will need to contact the Port Center at 888-844-7095 for information on the port status or by checking here: https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/nos/ui/acct/portintent/switchtoverizon/#/
