Asked to verify to start phone plan.

So earlier today, around 8am est, I placed an order for a new phone plan. I got an email almost immediately to verify with documents. I submitted my documents, and it said it would send an email within a few hours. Its now 640 pm, and I still haven't gotten an email. When I click my order link, it still says to verify, but I cant click the button anymore since I already sent my documents. Should I be worried? The phone was supposed to be here tomorrow but since it's held im im worried it won't send at all tomorrow.

Its now been 24 hours, I still haven't gotten an response back from them and still can't access the link they provided after sending the documents they needed.

Have you tried the live chat function under Verizon.com (PC website) > Mobile where you scroll all the way down and click on the "Connect with an expert" button (it comes up a few seconds if you stay on the page long enough) to see if someone can look up your order status?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
