CANNOT LINK SERVICE TO ACCOUNT

I have spent over 8 hours chatting with Verizon agents who cannot seem to understand that I cannot link my FIOS 300mbps services to my account. Yes, I am able to login. After logging in, the Account Overview says "Are you an existing Verizon customer? Manage your services by linking them to your profile." I follow the button and put in the information needed. I am given a page that says "Congrats! You're ready to enjoy Fios." I click "Got it" and it brings me right back to "To access this page, link services to your profile. Currently, you're signed in as a guest." 

I am stuck in this loop and I just want to view my bills and make sure my profile is set up currently as a new customer. For some reason, Verizon Wireless (not Fios) agents were replying to my old post. Please somebody who has access to FIOS accounts help me resolve this.
