Can’t activate my new iPhone 15 pro Max nor Port my current phone number to my new phone…

I’m trying to activate my newly bought Verizon iPhone 15 Pro Max + Apple Watch Series 9. When I bought the phone online I chose the option of “keep your current phone number/transfer your current number from another company to us - Verizon”.

I can’t even sign into my Verizon account that I just created because my Verizon phone isn’t activated. I just need to port my current phone number to my new Verizon phone.

I tried to hit the “CONTACT US” in the Verizon app and it won’t let me use the text message chat option, even though it’s opened 24/7. I tried to use my laptop, same issue.

I picked up my new phone @ 2/24/24 at 2:30pm and it’s still not

Have you gotten a confirmation text on your phone saying the port was complete?  It's possible your old carrier is still hanging onto the number for some reason and if that turns out to be the case, you'd have to contact them to find out what's wrong.  Verizon's Porting Department can be reached at 888-844-7095.

Did Verizon when you selected to keep your old number ask you for your previous providers account number and number transfer pin?  

and if you obtained that information do you still have it ?

also who is the provider you are coming from that has the number you want to transfer ?  

 I work in the industry and do these things everyday so happy to help you if I can.  I am not a Verizon employee but am very familiar with t their  process and have helped with setting up their services and many others for several years now.
