Can’t verify my identity?

long story short…. Purchased a iPad online near closing and was advised by the online rep I had plenty of time to pick up the device. I arrive and the associate tells me he can’t help me but he can cancel the order and re do it under him and if i agree to paying sales tax twice he can help me… I decline having to re do a already completed order if I’m just here to pick up a device…. He tells me to leave the store and threatens me with police if I don’t since it’s after 8 which I had no attest. I attempted to get the gentleman’s name and he refused as he said I was just gonna file a complaint which I was and I left. I contacted customer support which I waited almost 20-30 mins for but no biggie for me to then now be in a weird runaround about how they can’t verify my identify and can’t give me literally any information regarding my account…. They don’t allow me to identify myself before giving me this robotic prompt and basically telling me they can do nothing for me. I ask if I can bring credentials to a store for supper they still tell me they can’t help me. I can no longer see any information about my accounts, plans, or devices on my app as I’m apparently restricted and it’s literally since I declined having to be charged twice for a device and order already completed. Can a employee mark my account as fraud? Out of pettiness? I can’t even go into my own account to pay or view my bill at this point and beyond frustrated after having 1 terrible experience in store and simply calling to complain turns into 2 hours of reps telling me they can’t help me or identify me when they dont even ask me for information about myself just put me on hold and return with these scripted prompts…. Can anyone help here?
