Cancel Verizon Mobile Protect!

I never asked for this coverage, but it looks like the Verizon store rep added it when I bought my new phone. I do not want this coverage, I do not want this coverage, I do not want this coverage. Please cancel Verizon Mobile Protect immediately and make sure I am not charged for it. Thank you
