II have called technical support no solution. I have talked to someone at the Verizon store, which was a total joke as they said to call customer service, which I did still no solution. I am the account holder, but cannot get into my account even after changing password because it tries to send a code to my iPhone, which I do not receive. I get their emails, but cannot get past the point to get into my account on either my tablet or the phone itself due to not receiving text for authorization Anyone know how to help because no one from Verizon seems to know what to do. About ready to go to another service
