I’m trying to add the Disney plus bundle but am getting this message:

We encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again later.

I talked to a rep and he said I already have it on my account. OK so then how come I don’t see it added on my account and I can’t add Hulu either. Super annoying.

Hello, Sauceyjack. Help is here as we always want to see our customers take advantage of their Verizon Perks. Just to confirm, how are you attempting to add the bundle? What are the steps  you are taking?
