Expedite reactivation of my landline

Anyone know of a way I can expedite re-activation of my landline service? I transferred to Spectrum. The main reason was My business moved form one town to the next door town. I guess you can not move a landline between towns because of the 911 system. My business has had the same land line number for 30+ years. Spectrum sold me on the only way to keep my land line was to forward it to a cell phone. The cell phone they sold me was not the best and the battery kept running out. MY credit card that was on file expired and long story short Spectrum shut off my services because I owed them $9.00 and they sent my land line back to Verizon. I really need my number of 30+ years to run my business.  Can anyone HELP ME?????????
