I recently tried to start a line with Verizon online as a new customer and I placed my order for the new 16 pro everything went through I placed the order and everything and I did the verification process and it said I failed I submitted my ID, lease agreement and when I called to see about a refund so I can do it in person she said I wouldnโt be able to even start a line with you guys at all and I would have to go to another provider when yall plans I like
