Flagged as fraud for no reason

I recently (11/25/24) went online to open two new phone lines on a new account. Instead, the specialist opened two accounts with a phone line on each. I woke up the next morning to my second device being instantly cancelled and denied. Over the course of two days, I have made 43 calls, spent over 12 hours in chat support, and talked to over 30 people in almost every department. Everyone redirects me to the fraud department because I was flagged as fraudulent but I cannot get them on the phone and when I can, I get the same script and they hang up before I can even speak. I have showed my ID, given my SSN, and provided a bill to verify my identity but they say they canโ€™t speak to me because I am not an authorized user. I OPENED THE ACCOUNT!! All I want is to put the two lines on one account but no one will help me. The fraud department is a joke. I was such an advocate for Verizon and convinced so many to switch to Verizon, but this experience is making me change my attitude towards Verizon.
