Free Trial installation issue

I'm trying to do a free trial, and I was eligible and it started to install. It got locked up at one point and I had to reboot. Now I don't know how to continue installation of my free trial esim. If I click on free trial now, it says I'm not eligible because I've already done it in the last 12 months. That would be the trial I signed up for today. How do I continue the installation of the esim? I'm currently a T-Mobile user.

Is your phone locked to your current carrier? If so, nobody else's eSIM will work and would have been the cause of the installation failure. Or maybe it is still there on your phone and you just need to find the second eSIM and have it keep doing whatever until it's set up? Otherwise, I can't see any way around the 12 month block unless you have a different phone to try it on.

Were you getting a message about location settings while trying to set up the free trial? And your phone has to be able to run 2 different eSIMs together. If it only runs one, then you can't do the free trial at all.
