Does anyone know how to register a complaint regarding customer service? I spent over an hour on chat with three different agents who asked the same questions and no one could seem to help before disconnecting. I was trying to port a Verizon post paid phone number to my other prepaid account. It was exasperating but I did manage to copy the entirety and length of the chat and want to make it known how ineffective these various chat agents were as it seems like a training opportunity.

When it comes to having issues with your switch, and services. You can select contact us through the My Verizon app, and send everything right over to them. Once it is received they will read them, and get in contact with you, or reach out to the department.
