I cannot linked my number to my account online

I ported in my number from another carrier. Everything looked okay and the process had done successfully. But when I tried to link my number to my online account. I kept getting error which say " that number could not be linked. Please make sure you entered correct number".

I have been on the phone with tech support for over 1 hour but they couldn't do anything to resolve the problem.

Any help for me in this case...

TIA

Hello, Justinvo8793. My apologies to hear of this experience but rest assured, help is here. Tell me more. How are you attempting to access the My Verizon account?

This seems to be an ongoing problem.  I  have the same issue and trying to reach an actual LIVE CS Rep is impossible.  And, if you do reach one, they do not understand what the situation is and talk to you in scripted circles, WITHOUT providing a resolution!

I just switched to Verizon within the last month or so and while I appreciate the phone, not being able access my account is extremely frustrating.  So, until I can verify the information listed in my account, Verizon will have to wait to get paid.  I'm not potentially paying someone else's bill.  Fix the account link issue Verizon, now!

Being able to manage your account is always important. Is this for Fios service or cellphone?

I have a similar problem. My account says unverified. So I verified my email and phone according instructions. And it hasn't updated
