I just ordered new mobile service & they sent me the link to verify my identity, but came up invalid request.  How do I verify now?

If you received an email regarding additional verification for your order, you'll need to call our Fraud Prevention Team at 888-483-7200. They are available between the hours of 7AM and 11 PM Easter Time every day.

I tried to do this, and the "fraud prevention specialist" said I would need to go to a store in-person and get the fraud rep on the phone while talking to the in-store rep.  Essentially Verizon needs me to act as the middle-man between two of their employees.  I tried to cancel my order, and was bounced between 3 more service reps of varying departments before I said the heck with it and hung up.  Not a good introduction to the Verizon family.

what if i can’t call that number rn what else can i’ do please because i only have a couple more hours actually i have 5 more hours
