Identity verification On Order

I just made an order online and thought everything was going good when an email came in. This email asked me to provide identity documents to verify my identity and take my order off hold. Well I attempted to do so on three different browsers(Firefox,chrome and edge). It never got any further than front of myID being  scanned. It just said::

 Front of Identification Card

Thank you, your document has been successfully uploaded

.It never asked for a back id scan or anything else nor did it let me.kniw I was done. I reached out via chat and ended up getting cut off. 

I am hoping to be able to find  out if this is all that's needed the front of my ID or if there is an easier option that works...

Now the link is invalid. I tried several times to send my id. Is there a way I can email it to the fraud department!  

I've read the horror stories on here about dealing with fraud dept and don't wanna go thru the same.

I placed an order on 10/5 and it said verify identity I sent everything and when I call to check the status it says in process of being cancelled why
