I'm an existing Verizon Fios Internet and Land-line customer of Verizon, I want to add on Verizon Mobile (post-paid) lines for the associated discounts. However, the process keeps getting stuck at Identity verification and I've spoken with multiple customer service reps and visited a Verizon store that then sent me a corporate store both of which were unable to assist me because I was "locked out". I spoke again with customer service today and was transferred over to the fraud department directly who advised they already had all the documents needed to verify and asked me to wait for a few minutes and then comes back to tell me that based on the information provided I cannot be verified and the application cannot be processed further and said I can only get prepaid services from them. Not sure what else to do...
