Irresponsible Verizon dealing with ported number not working for more than 2 weeks

Hi, 

I'm writing after spending more than 30 hours talking with Verizon representatives and store managers and still having the issue not resolved. I ported a number from At&t more than 2 weeks ago. The porting status says it's successfully ported over to Verizon. I called at&t and they confirmed that the number is not locked and everything has been ported over to Verizon successfully. I called Verizon representative multiple times and also visited Verizon stores multiple times. Every time I get on a call with tech support, they go through exact same troubleshooting process that does not resolve the issue. So far I change the SIM card 4 times, set up e-SIM and dded a second line. They confirmed that the device is not a problem and the problem is associated with the number itself. However, they are not able to resolve the issue. Each representative I talk to put me on a long hold until the line gets cut off. I am formally writing a notice of depute and seek for a compensation of my time and discomfort. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
