Hi I need help porting my phone number in from a tracfone account. I check my status for the number transfer and it says I need to turn off my device and turn it back one but I have done this multiple times and it has not worked I’m still getting the SOS in the control bar. I have tried turning off the find my iPhone feature and other security services but it has still not worked. I’m unable to call support because it’s saying my number is not registered to a Verizon account; but according to tracfone they no longer have access to the number. I’m not sure if it’s a porting issue or an eSIM issue but either way I’m unable to transfer my service to my new phone even though it was bought directly from Verizon
