Issues with setting up service and support

I tried to set up a new account on Verizon com. The salesperson kept misquoting the products and would not give me a specific price. I KEPT CHANGING. Then, I called Verizon and continued to get switched between associates when I requested a manager. They told me that since my service wasn't established, there was no manager to be transferred to for bad service. Then, I called again hours later to see if I could get someone better since Verizon did have good deals. Well, after 1 & 1/2 hours, she signed me up and charged $195 for taxes and stuff. Fine. She told me my phone's would be shipped and arrive on Thursday. She said expedited was unavailable. I sat at home waiting until 9 pm to NEVER get my package. I called Verizon, no help. I called in the morning, after an hour, the best they could do was tell me that I had to pay more money to go get the phone from the store. WHAT!!! I said no. The associate kept sending me an updated contract for $64 AFTER I said I am not paying more money today, period. He kept saying 'trust me, click got it'. I did to be taken to a payment screen that I refused to complete. Then, I was told that cancelling my service for lack of delivery would take EVEN LONGER TO GET MY MONEY returned. So, they can keep me on the hook with no phone. My number is porting to a phone I don't have. I can't get my money back not do I want to double and triple pay for stuff.
