I was told that by switching to Verizon I would get a $200 gift card per line for transferring. I transferred lines. After 3 months they finally gave me 1 gift card, but have never given me the remaining 2 gift cards. I have been on the phone with them about this and they say they can't find the information about this and that it must have been for the account, not per line. This is deceptive advertising. I should not have to call them over and over to try to get this resolved. AT&T was never deceptive about their advertising. I'm extremely discouraged by them as a company.
