New Line Suspended

Just got my new phone in today! Activated the eSim, used it for about 2 hours and then got an email stating my service is being suspended due to “suspicious calls.”

i reached out and even verified my identity online and have gotten no response back. Extremely frustrating. Brand new line and it’s already suspended and can’t be used? What a great impression Verizon is making.

There is possibly no solution to this at this moment. So it will be better to wait for their response. They should fix it soon. Try reaching out them again.
